COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #182-2011
APPROVAL OF EXTENSION OF AGREEMENT
FOR AMBULANCE SERVICES FOR 2012
WHEREAS, It is necessary that the City of Muskego and the Tess Corners Volunteer
Fire Department enter into an agreement for ambulance services; and
WHEREAS, The current agreement will expire on December 31 and the terms of a new
agreement have not been finalized.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby extend the existing agreement for ambulance services with Tess
Corners Volunteer Fire Department until February 29, 2012.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That Tess Corners Volunteer Fire Department has
agreed to the extension.
