COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #171-2011
APPROVAL OF PURCHASE OF SIRE ELECTRONIC DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT
SYSTEM AND WORKFLOW SOFTWARE
WHEREAS, Money has been carried forward in the Capital Budget for a document
management system; and
WHEREAS, A proposal has been submitted by Civic Systems, LLC for an electronic
document management system and workflow software (SIRE Technologies); and
WHEREAS, The IS Director and Finance and Administration Director is recommending
acceptance of the proposal; and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has reviewed the proposal and has recommended
approval to the Common Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby accept the
proposal submitted by Civic Systems, LLC for the purchase of an electronic document
management system and workflow software (SIRE Technologies).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor is authorized to accept the proposal in
the name of the City.
