RESOLUTION #169-2011
APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT BETWEEN
FOTH INFRASTRUCTURE & ENVIRONMENT, LLC AND THE CITY OF MUSKEGO
FOR THE RECONSTRUCTION OF TESS CORNERS DRIVE
WHEREAS, The Common Council approved an agreement with Foth Infrastructure and
Environment, LLC for design engineering services for the reconstruction of Tess
Corners Drive on September 27, 2011; and
WHEREAS, The City Engineer is recommending an amendment to the original design
contract to allow for the design of an off-road recreational trail as a result of required
substructure modifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby approve
an the attached Amendment to Agreement for Professional Services with Foth
Infrastructure and Environment, LLC for the reconstruction of Tess Corners Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are authorized to
sign the Amendment on behalf of the City.
