RESOLUTION #164-2011
APPROVAL OF RELEASE OF RESTRICTION FOR
EXTRATERRITORIAL CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
Cartwright, Town of Vernon
WHEREAS, The Common Council approved an extraterritorial certified survey map for
Mark Cartwright, Town of Vernon, on October 14, 2008; and
WHEREAS, A document entitled, “Release of Restriction (Certified Survey Map 10612)”
was submitted on October 27, 2011, which requests a change to a County requirement
by the owner; and
WHEREAS, Waukesha County is requiring the “Release of Restriction” be approved
and signed by the City of Muskego since it falls under the City’s extraterritorial review
authority; and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission approved the “Release of Restriction” on
November 1 with the adoption of Resolution #P.C. 044-2011.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby approve the
“Release of Restriction” document submitted by Mark Cartwright for the previously
approved Extraterritorial Certified Survey Map (CSM 10612).
