RESOLUTION #159-2011
APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN
R. A. SMITH NATIONAL AND THE CITY OF MUSKEGO
FOR DESIGN SERVICES FOR THE
RECONSTRUCTION OF PIONEER DRIVE
FROM JANESVILLE ROAD TO RACINE AVENUE
WHEREAS, The City Engineer is recommending awarding a professional services
agreement to R. A. Smith National for engineering design services for the reconstruction
of Pioneer Drive; and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has reviewed the Professional Services
Agreement in the amount of $77,897 and recommends approval to the Common
Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby approve
an Agreement with R. A. Smith National in the amount of $77,897 for engineering
design services for the reconstruction of Pioneer Drive from Janesville Road to Racine
Avenue.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Agreement is subject to review of the City
Attorney and the Mayor or City Engineer may make technical revisions upon
consultation with the City Attorney.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor is authorized to sign the Agreement in
the name of the City.
