RESOLUTION #158-2011
APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN
GRAEF-USA, INC. AND THE CITY OF MUSKEGO
FOR THE DESIGN OF A MULTIUSE RECREATIONAL PATH
ON WOODS ROAD FROM
QUIETWOOD DRIVE TO RACINE AVENUE
WHEREAS, The Public Works Committee recommended awarding a professional
services agreement to Graef-USA, Inc. for engineering design services for the
construction of a multiuse recreational path on Woods Road; and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has reviewed the Professional Services
Agreement in the amount of $73,150 and recommends approval to the Common
Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby approve
an Agreement with Graef-USA, Inc. in the amount of $73,150 for engineering design
services for the construction of a multiuse recreational path on Woods Road.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Agreement is subject to review of the City
Attorney and the Mayor or City Engineer may make technical revisions upon
consultation with the City Attorney.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor is authorized to sign the Agreement in
the name of the City.
