APPROVAL OF DEVELOPER’S AGREEMENT
Steve Anderson
WHEREAS, A Developer’s Agreement has been received for the Steve Anderson
development to outline the installation of public sewer improvements in association with
the recent land division per Common Council Resolution #076-2011; and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has reviewed the attached Agreement and has
recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby approve
the Developer's Agreement for Steve Anderson.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Developer’s Agreement for the Steve Anderson
development is hereby approved subject to approval of the City Attorney and
Community Development Director, all of said approvals to be obtained within six (6)
months of the date of approval of this Resolution or the same will be null and void.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are hereby
authorized to sign the necessary documents in the name of the City, and that the
Mayor, in consultation with the City Attorney, may make any necessary technical
corrections.
