RESOLUTION #140-2011
APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN
FOTH INFRASTRUCTURE & ENVIRONMENT, LLC AND THE CITY OF MUSKEGO
FOR THE RECONSTRUCTION OF TESS CORNERS DRIVE
WHEREAS, The Public Works Committee recommended awarding a professional
services agreement to Foth Infrastructure and Environment, LLC for engineering design
services for the reconstruction of Tess Corners Drive; and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has reviewed the Professional Services
Agreement in the amount of $92,700 and recommends approval to the Common
Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby approve
an Agreement with Foth Infrastructure and Environment, LLC in the amount of $92,700
for design engineering services for the reconstruction of Tess Corners Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are authorized to
sign the Agreement on behalf of the City.
