COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #139-2011
ACCEPTANCE OF PROPOSAL SUBMITTED BY
VIERBICHER ASSOCIATES, INC./ADY VOLTEDGE
FOR A MARKETING PLAN AND ANALYSIS
WHEREAS, The Community Development Authority (CDA) requested proposals for a
new Marketing Plan and Analysis to identify recruitment and retention sectors and to
create an actionable marketing plan to effectively reach targeted markets and building
Muskego’s identity in the economic development marketplace; and
WHEREAS, The CDA recommended acceptance of the proposal submitted by
Vierbicher/Voltedge for a total cost of $30,000; and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has recommended acceptance of the proposal
with funding to come from the 2011-2013 CDBG funds and the City’s TIF Residual
Funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby accept the
attached proposal submitted by Vierbicher Associates, Inc./Ady Voltedge for a
Marketing Plan and Analysis.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor, in consultation with the city Attorney if
need be, is authorized to execute a contract and accept the proposal in the name of the
City.
