RESOLUTION #138-2011
APPROVAL OF MUSKEGO CHAMBER OF COMMERCE
REQUEST FOR FUNDING FOR
2012 “JAMMIN’ ON JANESVILLE” EVENTS
WHEREAS, The Muskego Chamber of Commerce has submitted a request for financial
assistance for the 2012 “Jammin’ on Janesville” events; and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has reviewed the request for $18,519 ($12,519
towards supporting the coordinator position and $6,000 towards marketing and
advertising) and has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby approve
providing financial assistance to the Muskego Chamber of Commerce in the amount of
$18,519 for the 2012 “Jammin’ on Janesville” events.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the money could be taken from TID Residual
Funds.
