RESOLUTION #137-2011
APPROVAL OF WORK PLAN #3
MITIGATION OF PPII AT
CIRCLE DRIVE AND RICHDORF DRIVE/RACINE AVENUE AREAS
WHEREAS, On May 24, the Common Council approved a Private Property Inflow and
Infiltration (PPII) Reduction Policy and Grant Program and a Private Property Sanitary
Sewer Backup Prevention Policy (BPP) and Grant Program; and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has recommended the attached Work Plan
#3 - Mitigation of PPII at Circle Drive and Richdorf Drive/Racine Avenue Areas with a
total estimated cost of $41,947 to be funded by the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage
District.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Works Committee, does hereby
approve Work Plan #3 - Mitigation of PPII at Circle Drive and Richdorf Drive/Racine
Avenue Areas.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor and Finance Director are authorized to
sign any documentation in the name of the City if necessary to move forward with the
project.
