COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #134-2011
APPROVAL OF 2011 WATER UTILITY RATE INCREASE
WHEREAS, The City was aware of the significant reduction within the Water Utility Operations
and Maintenance Fund and that a simplified rate case application would be filed with the Public
Service Commission to address the issues related to the Utility’s financial situation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of Muskego,
upon the recommendation of the Public Works Committee, does hereby approve the attached
order from the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of Muskego, upon the
recommendation of the Public Works Committee, does hereby establish the following rates for

water service effective as of the 4 quarter 2011, which will be reflected on the first billing of
2012:

General Metered Public Fire Protection
