AWARD OF BID
Cornell Drive Storm Sewer Project
WHEREAS, The City advertised for bids for the Cornell Drive Storm Sewer Project
and the following bids were received:

MJ Construction, Inc. $ 149,239.00

BCF Constructiion, Inc. $ 199,480.00
Dolson, Inc. $ 168,227.00
Willkomm Excavating & Grading, Inc. $ 190,937.00
Mann Bros., Inc. $ 185,906.00
Rawson Contractors, Inc. $ 170,932.00
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee and City Engineers have reviewed the bids,
and recommend that the low bid in the amount of $149,239.00 submitted by
MJ Construction, Inc. be accepted for the above referred project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby accept
the low bid of $149,239.00 submitted by MJ Construction, Inc. for the Cornell Drive
Storm Sewer Project.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are hereby
authorized to sign the necessary documents in the name of the City.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor or his designee are authorized to sign
any change orders.
