COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #128-2011
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF CASELLE’S
UPGRADE ENTITLED CLARITY
FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION
WHEREAS, The approved 2011 Capital Budget included money for the upgrade of the
City’s financial and utility billing software; and
WHEREAS, The attached software purchase agreements submitted by Civic Systems
has been reviewed by the Finance Committee; and
WHEREAS The Finance Committee has recommended authorization to purchase the
upgrade from Civic Systems for a total amount not to exceed $66,950.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby authorize
the purchase of Caselle’s upgrade entitled Clarity for the Department of Finance and
Administration.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Director of Finance and Administration is
authorized to sign the purchase agreements with Civic Systems in the name of the City.
