COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #121-2011
APPROVAL TO CONVEY EASEMENTS AND RIGHT-OF-WAY
TO WAUKESHA COUNTY FOR THE
JANESVILLE ROAD RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT
WHEREAS, Waukesha County has requested that the City of Muskego convey
temporary limited easements (TLE) for grading upon three City owned parcels and a
Permanent Limited Easement (PLE) and Land Acquisition on one parcel as follows:
Library Property 0.05 Acres of TLE
Well #4 Property (on Bay Lane) 153 Square Feet of TLE
Retention Pond (Martin & Janesville) 0.12 Acres of TLE, 0.02 PLE and
0.09 Acres of Acqusition
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has reviewed the request and has recommended
approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby approve
the conveyance of the easements and right-of-way to Waukesha County as requested
for the Janesville Road Reconstruction Project.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are authorized to
sign the documents in the name of the City.
