COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #120-2011
ACCEPTANCE OF IMPROVEMENTS DONE AS PART OF THE
WELL #5, WELL #9 AND WELL #13 PROJECT
WHEREAS, the Well #9 Construction Project, Well #13 Pump Upgrade and the
Abandonment of Well #5 were all part of an American Recovery and Reinvestment Act
(ARRA) project grant that the City received; and
WHEREAS, the projects are now complete and the Common Council needs to adopt a
resolution to accept the work; and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended acceptance of the
improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby accept all
improvements that were done as part of the Well #5, Well #9 and Well #13 project.
