COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #119-2011
ACCEPTANCE OF DNR GRANT FOR THE
DURHAM DRIVE OVERFLOW PARKING LOT PROJECT
WHEREAS, the Common Council amended and adopted Resolution #027-2011 on
March 22, 2011, which authorized the submittal of a grant application for the Durham
Drive Overflow Parking Lot Project; and
Whereas, the City of Muskego was awarded a grant in the amount of 41.5% of the
project cost; and
WHEREAS, Resolution #027-2011 required that the Common Council review final
approval of the project once the grant was determined.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby accept the
DNR grant for the Durham Drive Overflow Parking Lot Project.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City has budgeted its portion of the funding to
complete the project.
