RESOLUTION #116-2011
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXPENDITURE TO
REPLACE MAIN AUTOMATIC CITY HALL DOOR
WHEREAS, Since December of 2009, there have been continuous mechanical
problems with the main automatic City Hall entrance door; and
WHEREAS, City maintenance staff have been informed that repair or replacement
parts for the locking device are no longer available; and
WHEREAS, Maintenance staff recommends replacement of the door and obtained the
following proposals:
Rinderle Door Co. $11,772.94
Wisconsin Automatic Door, Inc. $9,990.00
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has reviewed the proposals and recommend
acceptance of the proposal submitted by Wisconsin Automatic Door, Inc. in the amount
of $9,900.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby authorize
the expenditure of $9,900 to replace the main automatic door at City Hall.
