COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #115-2011
APPROVAL OF CONTINUATION OF POLICE LIAISON OFFICER PROGRAM
WHEREAS, There is a 66.0301 Cooperative Contract between the City of Muskego
and the Muskego-Norway School District to Share the Services of Police Liaison
Officers for the 2009-2010 year; and
WHEREAS, The Contract calls for both parties to indicate their interest to continue the
contract beyond June 30, 2011 by informing the other party that it is their intent to
continue to participate in the program; and
WHEREAS, The School District has indicated its intent to continue the contract for the
2011-2012 school year; and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has recommended continued participation in the
program for the 2011-2012 school year.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby approve
the continuation of the Police Liaison Officer Program beyond the June 30, 2011 date
subject to updated figures for salary and benefits.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor and Chief of Police are authorized to
execute the contract in the name of the City.
