AWARD OF BID
Luehring Drive and Hillview Drive Drainage Project
WHEREAS, The City advertised for bids for the Luehring Drive and Hillview Drive
Drainage Project and the following bids were received:
Base Bid
Musson Brothers, Inc. $211,307.00
The Wanasek Corporation $212,744.00
Willkomm Excavating $223,294.48
Reesman’s Excavating $251,692.00
D. F. Tomasini $268,689.00
State Contractors $314,108.25
WHEREAS, The Public Works Committee and City Engineer have reviewed the bids
and recommend that the base bid in the total amount of $211,307.00 submitted by
Musson Brothers, Inc. be accepted for the Luehring Drive and Hillview Drive Drainage
Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Works Committee, does hereby
accept the low bid of Musson Brothers, Inc. in the total amount of $211,307.00 for the
Luehring Drive and Hillview Drive Drainage Project.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are hereby
authorized to sign the necessary documents in the name of the City.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor or her designee are authorized to sign
any changes at her discretion upon recommendation of the City Engineer.
