RESOLUTION #110-2011
AWARD OF BID
2011 Road Improvement Program
WHEREAS, The City advertised for bids for the 2011 Road Improvement program and
the following bids were received:
Base Bid
Payne & Dolan, Inc. $477,890.95
Stark Asphalt $544,262.95
Black Diamond Group, Inc. . $624,174.95
WHEREAS, The Public Works Committee and City Engineer have reviewed the bids
and recommend that the base bid in the total amount of $477,890.95 submitted by
Payne & Dolan be accepted for the 2011 Road Improvement program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Works Committee, does hereby
accept the low bid of Payne & Dolan in the total amount of $477,890.95 for the 2011
Road Improvement program.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are hereby
authorized to sign the necessary documents in the name of the City.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor or her designee are authorized to sign
any changes at her discretion upon recommendation of the City Engineer.
