RESOLUTION #095-2011
APPROVAL OF ARTICLES OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF MUSKEGO AND TYLER TECHNOLOGIES APPRAISAL & TAX DIVISION
FOR MAINTENANCE AND REVALUATION SERVICES
WHEREAS, The City desires to enter into an agreement with Tyler Technologies
Appraisal & Tax Division to provide maintenance and revaluation services that has
during the period August 1, 2011 through July 31, 2014; and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has reviewed the agreement and has
recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby approve
the attached Agreement with Tyler Technologies Appraisal & Tax Division for
maintenance and revaluation services for the period August 1, 2011 through July 31,
2014.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor, Clerk-Treasurer and Assessor are
hereby authorized to execute the agreement in the name of the City subject to approval
of the City Attorney.
