RESOLUTION #094-2011
AUTHORIZE EXECUTION OF THE LABOR AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE CITY OF MUSKEGO AND THE
EMPLOYEES OF THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT AND
PUBLIC UTILITIES DEPARTMENT
JANUARY 1, 2011 - DECEMBER 31, 2011
WHEREAS, A settlement has been reached between the negotiators for the City of
Muskego and the employees of the Public Works Department and the Public Utilities
Department; and
WHEREAS, The attached documentation outlines the terms of the settlement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby approve the terms of the agreement between the City of
Muskego and the employees of the Public Works Department and the Public Utilities
Department for the period January 1, 2011 through December 31, 2011 subject to
ratification by the bargaining unit.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are hereby
authorized to execute the labor agreement.
