RESOLUTION #091-2011
RESOLUTION TO APPROVE RELEASE OF EASEMENT
(MSKC 2228.994.001)
BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of Muskego, upon the
recommendation of the Public Works Committee, does hereby approve the attached
“Release of Platted Sanitary Sewer Easement.”
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are authorized to sign
the Release in the name of the City
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Release will not be executed and recorded until
the Permanent Sanitary Sewer Easement referred to in Resolution #090-2011 is signed
and recorded.
