RESOLUTION #090-2011
ACCEPTANCE OF PERMANENT SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT
(Baas)
WHEREAS, The Public Works Committee recommended acceptance of the attached
permanent sanitary sewer easement granted by Robert and Leann Baas.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Works Committee, does hereby
accept the permanent sanitary sewer easement granted by Robert and Leann Baas.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are authorized to
sign the easement in the name of the City.
