COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #067-2011
APPROVAL OF PRIVATE PROPERTY
INFLOW AND INFILTRATION REDUCTION POLICY AND
SANITARY SEWER BACKUP PREVENTION POLICY
AND GRANT PROGRAMS
WHEREAS, The Public Works Committee has recommended moving forward with a
Private Property Inflow and Infiltration (PPII) Reduction Policy and Grant Program and a
Private Property Sanitary Sewer Backup Prevention Policy (BPP) and Grant Program;
and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has reviewed the attached policies and
recommends approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby approve
the attached Private Property Inflow and Infiltration Reduction Policy and Grant Program
and the attached Private Property Sanitary Sewer Backup Prevention Policy and Grant
Program.
