COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #065-2011
ACCEPTANCE OF PROPOSAL SUBMITTED BY AYRES ASSOCIATES, INC.
FOR ENGINEERING DESIGN SERVICES FOR UTILITY RELOCATIONS
WHEREAS, As part of the Janesville Road Reconstruction Project, all utilities located
within the right-of-way must be relocated; and
WHEREAS, The City Engineer is recommending that the attached proposal submitted
by Ayres Associates, Inc. be accepted; and
WHEREAS, Ayres Associates, Inc. would provide engineering design services for the
City of Muskego utility relocates and adjustments necessary for the reconstruction of
Janesville Road at a cost of $16,500; and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has reviewed the attached proposal and
recommends approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby accept the
proposal submitted by Ayres Associates, Inc. for engineering design services at a cost
of $16,500.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor is authorized to sign the proposal on
behalf of the City.
