COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #056-2011
APPROVAL OF PURCHASE OF PICKUP TRUCK
FOR THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, The approved 2011 Capital Budget included $32,000 for the purchase of a
pickup truck for the Public Works Department; and
WHEREAS, The following quotes were received:
Horter Chevrolet Pontiac, Mukwonago $28,452.76
Lynch Truck Center, Waterford $28,175.76
Lynch Dodge Jeep, East Troy $29,172.00
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has reviewed the proposed purchase and has
recommended acceptance of the quote from Lynch Truck Center in Waterford in the
amount of $28,175.76.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby approve
the purchase of a 2011 GMC pickup truck for the Public Works Department for a total
cost of $28,175.76.
