RESOLUTION #052-2011
RE-APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
Urban Visions II, Inc.
WHEREAS, A certified survey map to finalize a two-parcel land division of the Urban
Visions II, Inc. property located on Hillendale Drive in the SW ¼ of Section 8 (Tax Key
#2191.997) was approved through Resolution #106-2010 on October 12, 2010; and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission adopted Resolution #P.C. 074-2010 recommending
approval; and
WHEREAS, The certified survey map was not recorded within the required six-month
time period.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby reapprove the Certified Survey Map to finalize a two-parcel land
division of the Urban Visions II, Inc. property located on Hillendale Drive in the SW ¼ of
Section 8 subject to the conditions outlined in Resolution #P.C. 074-2010.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That this reapproval is subject to receipt of all fees
required by Section 18.14 of the Land Division Ordinance, any special assessments
which may be due, payment of any unpaid taxes, and approval of the City Engineer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Chapter 17 Zoning Code is amended as allowed
per Section 9.06(2) of the Chapter 17 Zoning Code pertaining to the planned
development zoned areas. Zoning code language is subject to change further upon
future land divisions by future resolutions.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That a digital file of this certified survey map shall be
submitted to the City in accordance with Common Council Ordinance #1118 and
Resolution #196-2002.
