RESOLUTION #045-2011
RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE CITY OF MUSKEGO AND WATER BUGS SKI TEAM, INC.
FOR USE OF IDLE ISLE PARK AND
THE IDLE ISLE PAVILION
WHEREAS, The Common Council approved an Agreement Between the City of
Muskego and Water Bugs Ski Team, Inc. for Use of Idle Isle Park and the Idle Isle
Pavilion on November 22, 2005; and
WHEREAS, The Agreement was amended in July of 2006 and April of 2010; and
WHEREAS, Further amendments to the existing agreement have been proposed; and
WHEREAS, The Parks and Recreation Board and the Finance Committee have
reviewed the proposed amendments and have recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Parks and Recreation Board and Finance
Committee, does hereby approve the attached Agreement Between the City of
Muskego and Water Bugs Ski Team, Inc. for Use of Idle Isle Park and the Idle Isle
Pavilion.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor is authorized to sign the amended
Agreement in the name of the City.
