COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #041-2011
APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
FOR THE DURHAM DRIVE RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT
WHEREAS, Five consulting engineering firms submitted proposals for construction
management services for the Durham Drive Reconstruction project; and
WHEREAS, The Public Works Committee and City Engineer have recommended the
proposal submitted by Foth Infrastructure and Environment, LLC be accepted; and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has reviewed the attached Amendment to
Agreement for Professional Services between the City and Foth Infrastructure and
Environment, LLC and recommends approval to the Common Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby approve
the Amendment to Agreement for Professional Services with Foth Infrastructure and
Environment, LLC for construction management services for the Durham Drive
Reconstruction project.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are authorized to
sign the Amendment on behalf of the City.
