AWARD OF BID
Durham Drive Reconstruction Project
WHEREAS, The City advertised for bids for the Durham Drive Reconstruction Project
and the following bids were received:
C. W. Purpero, Inc. $2,757,316.70
Payne & Dolan $2,833,715.09
Reesman’s $2,911,965.09
Musson Brothers $3,093,827.97
Willkomm $3,213,987.88
Super Excavators $3,325,534.22
WHEREAS, The Public Works Committee and City Engineers have reviewed the bids
and recommend that the low bid in the amount of $2,757,316.70 submitted by C. W.
Purpero, Inc. be accepted for the above-referred to project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby accept
the low bid of $2,757,316.70 submitted by C. W. Purpero, Inc. for the Durham Drive
ReconstructionProject contingent upon the City obtaining easements and/or other land
ownership satisfactory to the Mayor in consultation with the City Engineer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are hereby
authorized to sign the necessary documents in the name of the City.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor or his designee are authorized to sign
any change orders.
