TO DISCONTINUE AND VACATE RESOLUTION
A ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY IN THE
CITY OF MUSKEGO, WISCONSIN (Trail Court)

BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Muskego, Wisconsin, as
follows:
That since the public interest requires it, the whole of the following described real
estate in the City of Muskego, Wisconsin, be and is hereby discontinued and vacated
as a street, to wit:
That part of the Northeast ¼ of the Southeast ¼ of Section 7, Town 5 North, Range 20 East, City of
Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, bounded and described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of the Southeast ¼ of said Section; thence S87°00’33”W along the
North line of the Southeast ¼ of said Section 662.02 feet; thence S01°18’38”E 40.02 feet to a point on
the South right-of-way line of Field Drive; thence S87°00’33”W along the South right-of-way line of said
Drive 287.64 feet to the point of beginning; thence Southwesterly along an arc of a curve, whose center
lies to the South, whose radius is 15.00 feet, whose chord bears S42°00’33”W 21.21 feet, a distance of
23.56 feet to a point of tangency; thence S02°59’27”E 77.06 feet to a point of curvature; thence
Southerly along an arc of a curve, whose center lies to the West, whose radius is 2030.00 feet, whose
chord bears S01°01’08.5”E 139.69 feet, a distance of 139.72 feet to a point of tangency; thence
S00°57’10”W 312.77 feet to a point of curvature; thence Southerly along an arc of a curve, whose center
lies to the East, whose radius is 1970.00 feet, whose chord bears S00°21’06.5”W 41.32 feet, a distance
of 41.32 feet to a point of curvature; thence Southeasterly along an arc of a curve, whose center lies to
the East, whose radius is 70.00 feet, whose chord bears S29°21’47”E 68.12 feet, a distance of 71.14 feet
to a point of reverse curvature; thence Southwesterly along an arc of a curve, whose center lies to the
Southwest, whose radius is 60.00 feet, whose chord bears S60°09’59”W 105.31 feet, a distance of
248.49 feet to a point of tangency; thence N01°11’24”W 78.18 feet to a point of curvature; thence
Northerly along an arc of a curve; whose center lies to the East, whose radius is 2030.00 feet, whose
chord bears N00°07’07”W 75.91 feet, a distance of 75.92 feet to a point of tangency; thence
N00°57’10”E 312.77 feet to a point of curvature; thence Northerly along an arc of a curve, whose center
lies to the West, whose radius is 1970.00 feet, whose chord bears N01°01’08.5”W 135.57 feet, a distance
of 135.59 to a point of tangency; thence N02°59’27”W 77.06 feet to a point of curvature; thence
Northwesterly along an arc of a curve, whose center lies to the West, whose radius is 15.00 feet, whose
chord bears N47°59’27”W 21.21 feet, a distance of 23.56 feet to a point on the South right-of-way line of
Field Drive; thence N87°00’33”E along the South right-of-way line of said Drive, 90.00 feet to the point of
beginning.
That the street discontinued and vacated by this Resolution is designated in red on a
map hereto annexed, made a part hereof and marked Exhibit “A.”
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the vacation of the right-of-way is contingent upon
the CSM per Resolution #030-2011 being recorded along with satisfactory delivering a
properly recorded condo plat for the former Rustic Trails Subdivision area to the city.
