COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #032-2011
ACCEPTANCE OF BID FOR
2011 AND 2012 LAWN MOWING SERVICES
WHEREAS, The City’s 2011 operating budget includes $39,000 for lawn mowing
services; and
WHEREAS, The following bids were received for lawn mowing services for 2011 and
2012:
F & W Landscape Specialists $ 77,000.00
Parkland Landscape Management, LLC $ 78,022.50
David J. Frank Landscape, Inc. $160,000.00
WHEREAS, The Parks and Recreation Board and Finance Committee reviewed the
bids and have recommended acceptance of the bid submitted by F & W Landscape
Specialists.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby authorize
acceptance of the bid submitted by F & W Landscape Specialists for lawn mowing
services for 2011 and 2012.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are authorized to
sign the Agreement in the name of the City.
