COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #026-2011
HONORING CITY OF MUSKEGO EAGLE SCOUT
PAUL M. KOSTER
WHEREAS, PAUL KOSTER is a member of Boy Scout Troop 19 and a senior at
Muskego High School; and
WHEREAS, PAUL earned the rank of Eagle Scout after years of service and
dedication to the Code of the Boy Scouts of America; and
WHEREAS, For his Eagle Scout service project, PAUL redesigned and installed 9
posts and 17 signs in Muskego County Park. Paul spent time designing a sign
that would withstand Wisconsin weather and the design may be used in other
county parks; and
WHEREAS, In addition to his interest in scouting, PAUL is an honor student,
participates in many extracurricular activities, and works part time; and
WHEREAS, PAUL is also an accomplished musician who plays several
instruments and wants to include music in whatever he does in the future.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby commend PAUL KOSTER for achieving the rank of Eagle
Scout and acknowledges and applauds the efforts required to attain scouting’s
highest honor.
