COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #019-2011
APPROVAL OF DEDICATION OF CITY-OWNED LAND
FOR THE PURPOSE OF A PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY
(Durham Drive Boat Launch Overflow Parking Lot)
WHEREAS, A “Transportation Project Plat” was approved by the Common Council on
July 13, 2010 with the adoption of Resolution #083-2010; and
WHEREAS, The plat depicts that a portion of City-owned land known as the Durham
Drive Boat Launch Overflow Parking Lot is needed for the purpose of public right-of-
way in conjuction with the Durham Drive reconstruction project; and
WHEREAS, The Parks & Recreation Board has approved the dedication of the lands
for the purpose of public road improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Parks & Recreation Board, does hereby
approve the dedication of lands depicted on the approved Transportation Project Plat
for the purpose of public road improvements.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are authorized to
sign the necessary documents to complete the dedication.
