RESOLUTION #018-2011
APPROVAL OF RELEASE OF LETTER OF CREDIT
Muskego Commerce Center East II
WHEREAS, The City Engineer has recommended a full release of the letter of credit for
the Muskego Commerce Center East II development in the amount of $55,692; and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has recommended that the letter of credit for the
Muskego Commerce Center East II development be released.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby approve a
full release of the letter of credit for the Muskego Commerce Center East II
development in the amount of $55,692.
