AWARD OF BID
McShane Drive Lift Station Upgrade Project
WHEREAS, The City advertised for bids for the McShane Drive Lift Station Upgrade
Project and the following bids were received:
Base Bid_
Illingworth-Kilgust Mechanical, Inc. $536,000
Faust Company, Inc. $602,700
Rawson Contractors, Inc. $552,000
Grunau Company, Inc. $628,600
WHEREAS, The Public Works Committee and City Engineers have reviewed the bids
and recommend that the low bid in the amount of $536,000.00 submitted by Illingworth-
Kilgust Mechanical, Inc. be accepted for the above-referred to project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby accept
the low bid of $536,000.00 submitted by Illingworth-Kilgust Mechanical, Inc. for the
McShane Drive Lift Station Upgrade Project.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are hereby
authorized to sign the necessary documents in the name of the City.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor or his designee are authorized to sign
any change orders.
