Ryan Road Sanitary Sewer Relay Project
WHEREAS, The City advertised for bids for the Ryan Road Sanitary Sewer Relay
Project and the following bids were received:

WHEREAS, The Public Works Committee and City Engineers have reviewed the bids
and recommend that the low bid in the amount of $45,270.00 submitted by Willkomm
Excavating be accepted for the above-referred to project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby accept
the low bid of $45,270.00 submitted by Willkomm Excavating for the Ryan Road
Sanitary Sewer Relay Project.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are hereby
authorized to sign the necessary documents in the name of the City.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor or his designee are authorized to sign
any change orders.
