RESOLUTION #012-2011
RESOLUTION TO ESTABLISH FEE
(Department of Finance and Administration)
WHEREAS, The Municipal Code of the City of Muskego provides that applicable fees
shall be established, as from time to time, by Resolution of the Common Council; and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has recommended that the following fee be
amended:
Current Fee Proposed
License/Permit
Fee
Discharge of Fireworks $35.00 $15.00
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby establish
the fee as outlined above effective immediately.
