COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #009-2011
ACCEPTANCE OF PROPOSAL SUBMITTED BY
GRAEF-USA, INC. FOR THE
CORNELL/CATALINA STORM SEWER DESIGN
WHEREAS, Proposals were submitted by four qualified engineering firms for the
Cornell/Catalina Storm Sewer Design; and
WHEREAS, The City Engineer has recommended that the proposal submitted by Graef-USA,
Inc. be accepted; and
WHEREAS, The Public Works Committee and Finance Committee reviewed the proposals and
have recommended acceptance of the proposal submitted by Graef-USA, Inc. in the amount of
$17,950.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of Muskego,
upon the recommendation of the Public Works and Finance Committee, does hereby accept the
proposal submitted by Graef-USA, Inc. for a cost not to exceed $17,950 plus any reimbursable
expenses.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor or City Engineer are authorized to approve the
alternate services described in the proposal if necessary to complete the project.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor is authorized to execute and accept the proposal
in the name of the City.
