RESOLUTION #008-2011
ACCEPTANCE OF PROPOSALS SUBMITTED BY
RUEKERT-MIELKE FOR THE
RYAN CREEK INTERCEPTOR PLANNING AND LIFT STATION
HYDRAULIC ANALYSES AND FORCE MAIN DESIGN
WHEREAS, Some of the work on the Ryan Creek Interceptor has been completed; and
WHEREAS, Ruekert-Mielke has submitted proposals to provide a detailed breakdown of how
various portions of the project will be completed and paid for; and
WHEREAS, The City Engineer has recommended that the proposals submitted by Ruekert-
Mielke be accepted; and
WHEREAS, The Public Works Committee and Finance Committee reviewed the proposals and
have recommended acceptance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of Muskego,
upon the recommendation of the Public Works and Finance Committee, does hereby accept the
attached proposals submitted by Ruekert-Mielke for the Ryan Creek Interceptor Planning and
Lift Station Hydraulic Analyses and Force Main Design.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor is authorized to execute and accept the proposal
in the name of the City.
