RESOLUTION #007-2011
APPROVAL OF DISTRIBUTION EASEMENT
TO WE ENERGIES
WHEREAS, The Public Works Committee has reviewed the attached Easement to WE
Energies and has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Works Committee, does hereby
approve the attached Distribution Easement to WE Energies.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are authorized to
sign the document in the name of the City.
