COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #005-2011
AUTHORIZATION TO PURCHASE ONE POLICE DEPARTMENT VEHICLE
WHEREAS, The Police Department is requesting authorization to order one 2011 Ford
Expedition (Squad Package) as approved in the 2011 Operating Budget (Capital
Outlay); and
WHEREAS, The vehicle will replace an existing vehicle, which will be sold; and
WHEREAS, The vehicle will be purchased from Ewald Automotive Group which has
been awarded the 2011 Wisconsin State bid for fleet vehicles; and
WHEREAS, The price of the 2011 Ford Expedition is $26,445, and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has reviewed the request and has recommended
approval to the Common Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby authorize
the purchase of one 2011 Ford Expedition at a cost of $26,445.
