CONSIDERATION OF GRIEVANCE NO. 10-134
FILED BY MUSKEGO POLICE ASSOCIATION LOCAL #360
REGARDING HOURS AND WORKWEEK
WHEREAS, The attached Grievance No. 10-134 was filed by Muskego Police
Association Local #360 regarding hours and workweek; and
WHEREAS, On March 9, 2010, the Finance Committee held a hearing regarding the
grievance and made a recommendation to the Common Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby
deny Grievance No. 10-134 submitted by Muskego Police Association Local #360.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the bargaining unit will be notified of the Common
Council’s decision in accordance with the provisions of the existing labor agreement.
