PROCEEDINGS BY THE COMMON COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO
TO DISCONTINUE AND VACATE RESOLUTION
A ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY IN THE
CITY OF MUSKEGO, WISCONSIN

BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Muskego, Wisconsin, as
follows:
That since the public interest requires it, the whole of the following described real
estate in the City of Muskego, Wisconsin, be and is hereby discontinued and vacated
as a street, to wit:
Being a part of the Southwest 1/4 and Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 3,
Township 5 North, Range 20 East, City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin.
Commencing at the northernmost corner of Lot 4 of CSM 10531; thence the following three
courses along the Easterly lines of said Lot 4 and the Westerly right-of-way of Moorland Road,
C.T.H. "O", 84.19 feet along the arc of a curve to the left, whose radius is 1,790.42 feet and
whose chord bears S.26°14'25"E., a distance of 84.18 feet; thence S.27°35'16"E., a distance
of 235.81 feet; thence S.00°32'09"E., a distance of 223.68 feet to the Northeast right-of-way
corner of Bridge Way Court and the point of beginning of the hereinafter described lands;
thence continue S.00°32'09"E., along the East right-of-way line of Bridge Way Court, a
distance of 60.03 feet to the Southeast right-of-way corner of Bridge Way Court; thence
N.88°39'19"W., along the South line of Bridge Way Court, a distance of 314.45 feet; thence
78.96 feet along the arc of a curve to the left, whose radius is 60.00 feet and whose chord
bears N.36°29'47"E., a distance of 73.38 feet; thence S.88°39'19"E., along the North line of
Bridge Way Court, a distance of 270.23 feet to the point of beginning. Said lands contain
16,914 square feet (0.39 acres).
Also,
Commencing at the northernmost corner of Lot 4 of CSM 10531; thence the following three
courses along the Easterly lines of said Lot 4 and the Westerly right-of-way of Moorland Road,
C.T.H. "O", 84.19 feet along the arc of a curve to the left, whose radius is 1,790.42 feet and
whose chord bears S.26°14'25"E., a distance of 84.18 feet; thence S.27°35'16"E., a distance
of 235.81 feet; thence S.00°32'09"E., along the East line of said Lot 4, a distance of 275.29
feet; thence S.89°27'51"W., a distance of 324.93 feet to the point of beginning of the
hereinafter described lands and the beginning of a curve to the left, 15.25 feet along the arc
whose radius is 15.00 feet, and whose chord bears S.30°28'07"W., a distance of 14.60 feet;
thence S.01°20'41"W., a distance of 16.92 feet; thence 43.36 feet along the arc of a curve to
the left whose radius is 60.00 feet and whose chord bears S.19°21'36"E., a distance of 42.43
feet; thence 275.22 feet along the arc of a curve to the right, the center of which bears
S.49°56’07”W., a distance of 60.00 feet and whose radius is 60.00 feet and whose chord
bears N.88°39'19"W., a distance of 90.00 feet; thence 43.36 feet along a curve to the left
whose radius is 60.00 feet and whose chord bears N.22°02'59"E., a distance of 42.43 feet;
thence N.01°20'41"E., a distance of 89.25 feet; thence 29.27 feet along the arc of a curve to
the left whose radius is 60.00 feet and whose chord bears S.12°37'54"E., a distance of 28.98
feet; thence continue southeasterly 72.10 feet along said curve whose chord bears
S.61°01'58"E., a distance of 67.84 feet to the point of beginning. Said lands contain 15,461
square feet (0.35 acres).

That the street discontinued and vacated by this Resolution is designated in red on a
map hereto annexed, made a part hereof and marked Exhibit “A.”
