RESOLUTION #192-2008
APPROVAL OF INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF MUSKEGO AND WAUKESHA COUNTY
FOR STORM WATER EDUCATION PROGRAM SERVICES
WHEREAS, The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources has approved a county-
wide storm water education program; and
WHEREAS, Waukesha County and the City have agreed to cooperate on the
implementation of an information and educational program as outlined in the attached
agreement; and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has reviewed the “Intergovernmental Agreement
between the City of Muskego and Waukesha County for Storm Water Education
Program Services” and has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby approve
the attached Intergovernmental Agreement and authorizes the Mayor to execute it in
the name of the City.
