COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #190-2008
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DONATION OF A
CITY-OWNED VEHICLE TO THE
TESS CORNERS VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, As a result of merging the two existing volunteer fire departments, an
additional vehicle will be needed for fire inspections; and
WHEREAS, The City has a vehicle available that could be donated to the Tess Corners
Volunteer Fire Department; and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has recommended that the City-owned 2003
Chevrolet pickup truck (VIN 1GCEC14X13Z158034) be donated to the Tess Corners
Volunteer Fire Department as of January 1, 2009.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby authorize
the donation of the City-owned vehicle identified above to the Tess Corners Volunteer
Fire Department as of January 1, 2009.
