COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #187-2008
SETTLEMENT OF CLAIM
(Northfield Green Condo Association)
WHEREAS, The City of Muskego received a Notice of Claim from Northfield Green
Condo Association on October 9, 2008; and
WHEREAS, The City’s insurance carrier has recommended that the City settle this
matter for the claimed amount of $1,000.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby authorize
the settlement of the claim submitted by Northfield Green Condo Association for $1,000.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That a release shall be executed by the claimant to
resolve this matter.
