RESOLUTION #185-2008
APPROVAL OF 2009 WATER UTILITY BUDGET AND RATES
BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of Muskego, upon the
recommendation of the Public Utilities Committee, does hereby approve the attached
Water Utility Budget for the year 2009.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of Muskego, upon
the recommendation of the Public Utilities Committee, does hereby establish the
following rates for water service as approved by the Public Service Commission,

effective as of the 4 quarter 2008, which will be reflected on the first billing of 2009:
Quarterly Service Charges
General Metered Public Fire Protection

5/8-inch meter $ 24.00 $ 8.10
3/4-inch meter $ 24.00 $ 8.10
1-inch meter $ 36.00 $ 20.40
1 1/4-inch meter $ 51.00 $ 30.00
1 1/2-inch meter $ 64.20 $ 40.50
2-inch meter $ 94.20 $ 66.00
3-inch meter $ 157.20 $ 123.00
4-inch meter $ 249.00 $ 204.00
Plus Volume Charge:
First 30,000 gallons used each quarter - $3.10 per 1,000 gallons
Next 90,000 gallons used each quarter - $2.71 per 1,000 gallons
Over 120,000 gallons used each quarter - $2.31 per 1,000 gallons
